Use the email connected to your Field Report account. We will send a six-digit code before anything is deleted.

For privacy, the response does not reveal whether an account exists for this email.

What deletion removes

  • The email address connected to the active Field Report account.
  • Active login sessions and refresh access.
  • Active Pro entitlement through that deleted account.

Deletion is not a Google Play refund and does not cancel or reverse a store order.

What may remain

  • Projects, photos, annotations, signatures, PDFs, and backups stored on your device.
  • Google Play transaction records controlled by Google.
  • Limited encrypted purchase identifiers and order history retained for fraud prevention, entitlement disputes, or legal obligations.

To remove local work, delete the relevant projects and files on the device. Back up anything you need before doing so. Read the privacy policy for retention details.

You can also delete the account inside the app from Library, Pro & trial, then Email account. If neither path works, send the website contact form with the “Privacy request” topic. Do not send your verification code or purchase token.
